Years of Experience
Dr. Kirandeep Kaur has built her career on one essential principle: care must be grounded in both expertise and respect. With over 15 years of experience treating adults and seniors, she is known for her careful attention, her clear communication, and her steady presence in every patient interaction.
After completing her medical degree at a reputed Medical College in India, Dr. Kaur continued her training in the United States. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. Francis Medical Center in New Jersey and later specialized in Geriatrics through a fellowship at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
She now serves as Medical Director at two long-term care facilities in Southern Maryland, overseeing patient care and guiding care teams with a calm and committed approach. Her work includes managing complex conditions, supporting families in decision-making, and ensuring continuity in patient care over time.
Dr. Kaur is also a mother and caregiver in her own family. These roles have deepened her understanding of what patients and their loved ones truly need from a physician's time, clarity, and trust. That perspective shapes every aspect of her practice.
Her patients and colleagues describe her as dependable, thoughtful, and thorough. Whether reviewing medications, responding to a change in condition, or answering a caregiver’s concern, Dr. Kaur is fully present and committed to doing what’s right for the person in front of her.
At Ansh Medical, we believe great care is not rushed, it's intentional. Our approach is built on trust, listening, and a long-term relationship with each patient and family. We focus on addressing medical needs with clinical clarity while also making space for the emotional and practical realities of aging. To be a trusted and compassionate healthcare partner for older adults – delivering personalized, consistent, and dignified care that enhances quality of life.
To support the health, independence, and peace of mind of every adult we serve by providing attentive, expert care in geriatrics and internal medicine, grounded in experience, integrity, and a human touch.
Geriatrics focuses on the health of older adults. Geriatricians like Dr. Kaur are specially trained to address the unique ways aging affects the body and mind. Unlike general adult care, geriatrics emphasizes managing multiple conditions, medication interactions, and functional well-being.
While many patients begin seeing a geriatrician in their 70s, age isn’t the only factor. It’s ideal for older adults dealing with memory loss, frequent falls, multiple health conditions, or families needing coordinated care support.
Dr. Kaur is trained in both internal medicine and geriatrics, so she welcomes adult patients of all ages. While seniors benefit most from geriatric expertise, younger adults can also receive high-quality, personalized care.
